OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

The Waterways Guarantee covers our Epoxy Coating products irrespective of whether the installation is done by approved Agents, DIY enthusiasts or by Waterways. Provided the installation process is confirmed to be done according to procedure, we guarantee the durability of our product for a period of 3years covering the following occurances:

• DELAMINATION

          Intercoat seperation or separation with the substrate.

• DISCOLOURING

          Discolouration of your epoxy lining after filling the pool.

• FORMATION OF CRACKS

          The formation of cracks and deformities in the coating system. (not substrate)

• BLISTERING

          Small blisters forming on the top coat, normally higher up on the walls.

OUR CONDITIONS

Our conditions are simple:

Please download the Checklist and Registration form, complete and fax or email it back to us within 21 days of date of purchase ( dealers and D.I.Y. kits ) together with the attached proof of purchase.

This will allow us to track, record and resolve the unlikely occurance of any batch production problems.

Repair work will be done by Waterways only, irrespective of who has done the initial installation.

Any repair work will only be done in Winter or out of rain season as applicalble.

Repair work will only be done where the pool has been emptied and cleaned. A charge will be levied should Waterways have to drain and clean the pool in order to execute repair work. (Within reason)

Our guarantee also covers the replacement of your water and it will be refunded to you on the highest end of the scale in your area within 30 days of any repair work completed.

WE DO NOT COVER

• Delamination caused by the disintegration of the substrate (pool shell).


• Discolouration caused by foreign contaminants.


• Cracking caused by the substrate failure (structural failure).


• Poor workmanship and non compliance with the prescribed application procedures.
